Almond Gelatin

You’ll Need:

1 package unflavored gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract

Procedures : Mix gelatine with water. Add sugar to scalded milk. Combine with the gelatine mixture and stir until gelatine is dissolved. Add the almond extract and mix. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until set.

Cut into cubes or unmold and serve with mandarin oranges, pineapple or fruit cocktail for color
