Marble Cake

You’ll Need:

1/2 c Bensdorp cocoa
8 pcs. eggs
2 1/2 c cake flour
1/2 c oil
1 t baking powder
1/2 c pineapple juice/water
1 c sugar (granulated)
1/4 c sugar
1/5 t cream of tartar

Procedures: Assemble all the needed tools and ingredients. Sift and measure all dry ingredients. Combine together. Make a well at the center. Place liquid ingredients at the center of the well and blend thoroughly. Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold in the batter mixture. Bake in a lined pan at 350°F.
