Pineapple Loaf Cake

You’ll Need:

1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple undrained
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Dash salt
1/4 cup water
3 egg whites beaten until stiff

Procedures : Cream margarine with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add pineapple.
Sift dry ingredients together, add to creamed mixture alternately with water. Fold in egg whites, pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done. Glaze with a powdered sugar glaze, if desired
