Stuffed Spud Surprise

You’ll Need:

# 4 baking potatoes, scrubbed
# 1 oz. ( 25g ) margarine
# 1 tablespoon milk
# salt and ground black pepper
# 14 oz. ( 415g ) can sausages in brine, drained and sliced
# 7 oz. ( 175g ) can sweetcorn, drained
# 1 oz. ( 25g ) cheddar cheese, grated

Procedures : # Pre-heat oven to 400F, Gas Mark 6, 200C
# Prick potatoes with a fork and bake in the pre-heated oven for about 1 hour
# When cooked, cool for 5 minutes, then cut in half length ways
# Scoop out center into a bowl and mash in margarine, salt and pepper and milk
# Stir sausages and sweetcorn into mashed potatoes and spoon into skins
# Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 20-25 minute
