Tiny Toads

You’ll Need:

# 18 cocktail sausages
# 2 tablespoons cucumber relish
# 1 egg
# 4 oz. (100g ) plain flour
# half a pint ( 285 ml. ) milk
# salt and ground black pepper

Procedures : # Pre-heat oven to 425F, Gas Mark 7, 220C
# Place 12 well greased patty tins in the oven for 10 minutes
# Whisk egg, flour, seasoning and half the milk together until smooth
# Whisk in the rest of the milk
# Grill the sausages for 5 minutes then slice in half lengthways
# Place 3 sausage strips in each patty tin and top with a little relish
# Pour over the batter
# Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes till risen then turn ou
