Apricot Cobbler II

You’ll Need:

1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (17 ounce) can apricot halves
Ice cream

Procedures : Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients except apricot halves and ice cream with fork to a soft dough. Spread in ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Pour apricots (with syrup) over batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream.

Yields 4 to 6 servings
