Sponge Cake

You’ll Need:

1 1/2 c cake flour
1 t baking powder
1 c sugar
1/3 c cold water
8 pcs. egg whites
1 t lemon extract

Procedures: Beat egg whites until fluffy adding sugar gradually. Beat egg yolk and add sugar. Add the batter mixture. Fold in the batter mixture to the beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into greased pan and bake.
